Payment / Pricing



Gerhard Supply accepts VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express/JCB, UnionPay, Discover, Apple Pay, Interac, cash ($CAD only) and payments made to "Stripe" via our online store.



Taxes / Duties / Shipping are not included in prices. International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties on delivery. Gerhard Supply is in no way responsible for these charges and cannot accurately predict them. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



Gerhard Supply reserves the right to change prices online and in store at any time.

Gerhard Supply will gladly offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit on regular priced items that are discounted within 14 days of purchase. For an item to qualify for a price adjustment, we must have another one of the item in stock in the same size, style and colour at the time that the adjustment is requested.


Returns and Exchanges



Gerhard Supply offers exchange or store credit on regular-priced, unworn merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase. NO REFUNDS. Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags, packaging and a valid receipt must be returned, intact, with the merchandise. Sale and discounted items, as well as personal care products and undergarments are final sale.



The customer is responsible for any exchange related shipping costs, both to and from Gerhard Supply. Gerhard Supply will not accept returns shipped to us without prior authorization. Contact us for a return authorization number. Any C.O.D. charges (duties, taxes, brokerage) that Gerhard Supply incurs in receiving a return will be deducted from the value of the exchange or store credit issued.



Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Gerhard Supply holds no control of or liability over any of our merchandise once it is in the hands of the shipping company. All items purchased are shipped at your own risk. We do not assume liability for lost or damaged packages. In the unlikely event of any issue, we will provide you with tracking and you will be responsible, as customer, to follow up with the shipping company yourself.


Gerhard Supply will gladly special order an item or size that we have sold out of or do not have in stock. Please contact Gerhard with your desired item, size and other variants, as applicable. We will get back to you with a quote and a timing estimate if we are able to fulfill your request. Special orders are final sale and require payment in full before an item will ship.



Purchases made through Gerhard Supply's online store are handled by "Stripe", an  internet payment processing company. All personal information is handled by Stripe's secure connection. No personal information shared with Stripe or Gerhard Supply will be shared, sold or solicited.
